Bolsivo automatically manages the status of each lead as it moves through your sales process — from "New" to "Won" — with history, notes, and follow-up reminders.
Know exactly what stage every prospect is in — without a spreadsheet.
Try it freeBolsivo's Pipeline is a prospect management system designed for service businesses. Every lead you find or import advances through clear statuses based on the actions you take: you send an email, receive a reply, schedule a call. There's no complex setup — the pipeline updates with what you're already doing.
Every prospect found in Google Places enters as New status. It has its score, fit reason, contact data, and an email draft ready for review.
When you approve and send an email, the lead moves to "Contacted." When they reply, it moves to "Replied." When you schedule a meeting, it becomes "Meeting set." Statuses reflect reality.
Bolsivo remembers which leads have gone 3+ days without a reply and generates follow-up drafts for your review. It doesn't send anything — it just reminds you and prepares the draft.
Mark leads as "Won" or "Lost" with the reason. The losses dashboard (Pro+) shows which types of prospects convert less so you can refine your search criteria.
A spreadsheet you update manually always falls out of sync. Bolsivo's pipeline updates with system actions.
See at a glance how many leads are in each stage, how many emails are pending approval, and how many follow-ups you need to do today.
Each lead stores all sent emails, notes you added, status changes, and when each event occurred. When you revisit a prospect after weeks, you have the full context.
Can I customize the pipeline stages?
The main statuses (New, Qualified, Contacted, Replied, Meeting, Won, Lost) are fixed in this version. You can add free-text notes to each lead for additional context.
Does the pipeline integrate with external CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce?
There is no native integration with external CRMs in the current version. Bolsivo is designed to be your complete prospecting and first-contact system — if you already have a CRM, you can manually log won leads there.
What happens to leads that don't respond after several attempts?
You can mark them as "Lost" with the reason "No reply," which archives them from the active pipeline but keeps them in your history. They don't disappear — you can review and reactivate them in the future.
Does the pipeline show conversion metrics?
The main dashboard shows total leads, qualified, emails sent, and clients won. The Pro plan includes the Losses Dashboard to analyze which pipeline stages have the highest drop-off.
