Try it freeThe Email Approval Workflow is the review and approval system that Bolsivo places between the AI and the actual send. Every generated email enters a "Pending approval" queue where you have full control: you can read it, edit it, reject it, or approve it. No email goes out any other way.
Based on the lead's data (name, business, city, score, observed signals) and your company profile, Claude AI writes an email of up to 5 sentences with subject, body, and a CAN-SPAM compliant signature.
The email is NOT sent. It appears in /app/approvals with status "Pending". You can see the full draft, including the subject and the signature text with your postal address.
You can modify the subject, rewrite paragraphs, fix the tone, or reject the draft entirely. Once you're satisfied, you press Approve.
The email goes out via Resend from your verified domain. The action is recorded in the audit log: who approved, when, which version of the draft, and to which prospect.
Every email automatically includes your postal address and an unsubscribe link. You cannot send an email that doesn't comply with CAN-SPAM from Bolsivo — it's part of the system.
An AI can generate an email with the wrong tone, an incorrect detail, or a flawed assumption. Human approval is the filter that prevents that mistake from reaching a real inbox.
Every approval is recorded. If you ever need to prove that an email was reviewed and approved by a real person, the log is available.
Can I enable automatic sending without approval?
No. The approval workflow is not a setting — it's part of the product design. Bolsivo has no "silent auto-send" mode. This is a deliberate decision to protect your reputation and comply with the law.
What happens if I reject a draft?
The lead stays in your pipeline with "Contacted" status only if you approve and send. If you reject the draft, the lead remains in "Qualified" status and you can generate a new draft or ignore it.
Can I edit the draft before approving?
Yes. You have access to the subject and full body to edit. The changes you make are saved with the approved version in the audit log.
How does Bolsivo handle follow-ups?
Follow-ups also require individual approval. Bolsivo generates the follow-up draft after 3+ days without a reply, but does not send it until you approve it — exactly like the first email.
Do I need my own domain to send real emails?
Yes. For real sending, you need a domain verified in Resend. Sending from Gmail or generic domains (@gmail.com, @outlook.com) is not supported for B2B outreach at scale.
