AI Disclosure

Last updated: August 10, 2026

Luna identifies as an AI

Luna is Bolsivo’s AI virtual assistant. On every call, SMS, and WhatsApp conversation, Luna identifies itself as an AI assistant at the start of the interaction. This disclosure is on by default and cannot be turned off by a business using Bolsivo.

A typical opening is: “Hi, this is Luna, an AI virtual assistant. How can I help you today?” — in English or Spanish, matching the business’s language settings.

What Luna does

Luna answers inbound calls and messages, answers questions about the business, checks service areas, shares price ranges, schedules estimates and appointments, takes messages, and can transfer to a human. Luna does not make outbound cold calls.

Speaking to a human

A caller can ask to speak with a person at any time. When a transfer number is configured and the business’s policy allows it, Luna will transfer the call; otherwise Luna will take a detailed message for the team to follow up.

Recording & consent

When a call is recorded, consent is handled per applicable state law — see our Call Recording policy for details.

Bolsivo designs Luna to operate in accordance with applicable AI-disclosure and consumer-protection guidance. This page is informational and not legal advice. Questions: legal@bolsivo.com.
