What is Review Management?

Review Management is Bolsivo's automated reputation system. When a job is marked complete, Bolsivo generates and sends a personalized review request. If a client indicates they're unhappy (under 4 stars), they're redirected to a private feedback form — giving you a chance to resolve the issue before a negative review goes live.

The AI generates a personalized message each time, but you can also write your own template in Settings → Review Booster.

Does the feedback gate always work?

The gate is a UX flow — it asks the client to rate their experience before showing the Google link. Clients can still go to Google directly, but most follow the guided flow.

Can I send review requests manually?

Yes. From any lead's detail page, you can trigger a manual review request at any time regardless of appointment status.
