What is White-Label Client Portal?

Bolsivo's Client Portal is a per-client web link (no login required) that shows everything relevant to that client's account: upcoming and past appointments, outstanding invoices with a Stripe pay button, and a form to request new services. Do clients need to create an account?

No. The portal link is tokenized — access is granted by possessing the link. No username or password required.

Is the portal available in Spanish?

Yes. The portal auto-detects the client's browser language and switches between English and Spanish.

What happens if I update an appointment?

Changes are reflected immediately in the portal. The client sees the most current schedule every time they open their link.

Can I charge a deposit through the portal?

Yes. You can add an invoice with a partial amount (deposit) and the client can pay it directly through the Stripe button in their portal.
