What's the minimum number of pieces I can mail?
The USPS EDDM minimum is 200 pieces per route. You can select multiple routes to increase coverage.
How long does delivery take?
From payment to delivery: typically 7-10 business days. Bolsivo shows a status tracker in your EDDM campaigns list.
Can I use my own design instead of the AI-generated one?
Currently the workflow uses AI-generated design. Custom design upload is on the roadmap for Q4 2026.
Is EDDM only for businesses or can I target residential?
EDDM routes include both residential and commercial stops. You can filter by route type (residential, business, or mixed) when selecting routes.
